1. Merchant of Record
All payments for Eriva Labs are processed and handled by our authorized Merchant of Record, Paddle ("MoR"). As the MoR is legally responsible for the transaction, all refunds are ultimately processed through Paddle's systems according to the conditions outlined below.
2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all first-time annual subscription purchases and individual course purchases.
If you are unsatisfied with the platform within the first 14 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund.
Shorter-term subscriptions (e.g., monthly) are non-refundable but can be canceled at any time to prevent future charges.
3. Exceptions and Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:
- The refund request is submitted more than 14 days after the original purchase date.
- The user has violated our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy (e.g., account sharing, abusive behavior, scraping).
- Renewals: Automatic subscription renewals are non-refundable. It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before the renewal date if you do not wish to be charged.
- The account was terminated or suspended by Eriva Labs for policy violations.
4. How to Request a Refund

- Reason: Please briefly explain why you are requesting a refund so we can improve our product.
We will review your request within 2-3 business days.
5. Refund Processing
Once a refund is approved by Eriva Labs, we will instruct Paddle to process the credit.
- Refunds are applied to the original method of payment (e.g., credit card, PayPal).
- It typically takes 5 to 10 business days for the funds to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
6. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your bank or credit card company without first contacting us to resolve the issue or request a valid refund, your Eriva Labs account will be immediately suspended pending investigation. We strongly encourage you to contact our support team first, as we are happy to honor refunds that fall within this policy.
